By booking a tour or renting equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Cancellations: – A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the tour. – Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable. – In case of **no-show** or failure to join the tour on the scheduled date, no refund will be issued. 2. Responsibility for Equipment: – You are responsible for the care and condition of the bike and equipment provided during the tour. Any damage, loss, or breakage will be charged at repair or replacement cost. – Fuel is not included in the tour price and must be covered by the renter. The bike should be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. 3. Proper Use of Equipment: – The bike and equipment are to be used solely for their intended purpose during the tour. Misuse, negligent operation, or unauthorized modifications are prohibited. – You must wear proper safety gear, including a helmet, gloves, and appropriate riding clothing, throughout the tour. 4. Tour Participation: – Our tours are led by experienced guides who will provide instructions and ensure safety. You agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and route recommendations given by the guide. – If you are unable or unwilling to follow the instructions, or if the guide determines you are not fit to continue (due to skill level or unsafe riding behavior), you may be asked to leave the tour, with no refund issued. 5. Return Condition: – The bike and equipment must be returned in the same condition as when provided, excluding normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for cleaning or repairs if the equipment is returned excessively dirty or damaged. 6. Late Returns: – Late returns of bikes or equipment may incur additional charges. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate any delays. 7. Liability Waiver: – By booking a tour or renting equipment, you acknowledge that off-road riding involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death.
