Return Policy

Change of mind returns can be arranged within 30 days from the purchase date. To arrange a return, please contact us at shop@rallyable.com with your original order number and the reason for the return. We will email you with details on where to send the returned item(s). Rallyable does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Your refund will be processed and returned to your bank account, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning any item, please use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are not received.

Warranty

Rallyable products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is only applicable to products manufactured by Rallyable and purchased through an authorized retailer.

If a defect arises within the 1-year warranty period and a valid claim is received, Rallyable, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product with a functionally equivalent new product.

Please note that products sold in our shop that are not manufactured by Rallyable are not covered under this warranty. These products are instead covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers. For warranty details on non-Rallyable products, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Exclusions and Limitations

Rallyable limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through an authorized reseller. The warranty does not apply to any non-Rallyable Products product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non-Rallyable Products product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product.

Damages Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rallyable is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with Rallyable product.
